Berkman Center Welcomes New Fellow Jedediah Purdy

The Berkman Center is proud to announce that Jedediah Purdy, author, attorney and scholar, has joined the Berkman team for the current semester. Jed has been a fellow at the New America Foundation and a law clerk for the Honorable Pierre N. Leval of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and will soon begin teaching property and constitutional law at an as-yet undetermined law school. His present work concerns the role of property regimes in shaping social and political life. For more on Jed and his many publications, please see his personal page.
