Berkman Center in the News This Weekend

Digital media, spam, and housing costs: this past weekend, the Berkman Center appeared in major media about all of these topics. Professor William Fisher, in USA Today, commented on his proposal for a compulsory licensing system for digital music. Executive Director John Palfrey appeared live on CNN on Saturday afternoon discussing the new spam legislation in California. In Sunday's Boston Globe, Professor Jonathan Zittrain made a departure from his usual sections and appeared in Real Estate, commenting on privacy as it relates to the publication of home prices. And last but certainly not least, in the Boston Phoenix, the recent Digital Media Conference was discussed in detail, including Professor Fisher's proposal.
