Seltzer on Fair Use in NYT Week in Review

An article from Sunday's New York Times, "Hitler at Home on the Internet," discusses posting an article from a decades-old issue of Homes & Gardens on the Internet. Berkman Fellow Wendy Seltzer takes the side of the poster, accused of copyright violation, saying that it "strikes [her] as more like reporting or commenting on a news story" than avoiding seeking permissions.
