Digital Democracy Links to South Africa

On Tuesday, 9/16, Professor Charles Nesson's Digital Democracy class met with African experts on Internet Service Providers via videoconferencing. Berkman Fellow Andrew McLaughlin, in South Africa himself at that time, led the discussion with Professor Nesson and Berkman Fellow Ethan Zuckerman.
