Peruvian Activist Translates "Second Superpower"

Berkman Fellow James Moore's paper, "The Second Superpower Rears Its Beautiful Head" has been translated into Spanish by Rosa Mendoza, Peruvian activist and faculty member at Escuela Para el Desarrollo in Gender, Development and Organizational Management. Mendoza wrote, "...[I]t came to my hands in a moment where I was deeply concerned about the war, and I instantly felt identified as a member of the second superpower."
