ILAW: Lessig on Law, Code and Architecture

Here, my complete notes from Larry Lessig's session here at ILAW yesterday on law, code and architecture--plus Aaron Swartz, Frank Field and Jim Flowers on same.

An excerpt:

Participant: Didn’t you say that in architecture, God is the enforcer?

Larry: Well, what I mean is there is no one there to make you comply. The regulatory effect doesn’t rely on individuals doing anything. I’m not saying that God designed the building, except perhaps in some deeper sense.  [Big laugh.]
