James Boyle Wins WTN Award
Via Jurist's Paper Chase: "James Boyle, William Neal Reynolds Professor of Law at Duke Law School, has won this year's World Technology Award in Law, the World Technology Network (WTN) announced on June 25. Boyle was cited for his work on the theory and practice of protecting the 'intellectual ecology' of the public domain--the ideas and expressions that are free for all to use or build upon."
