David Marglin founded Taste.com. He also contributed significantly to the projects that would become the Berkman Center for Internet & Society while he was a student at Harvard Law School (he graduated with honors in 1996). He holds Bachelor of Arts degrees with highest honors in both Semiotics and Comparative Literature from Brown University. David wrote Boston’s weekly wine column, “Uncorked”, for the Boston Phoenix for many years. For 5+ years beginning in 2001, he was General Counsel at Gracenote, Inc. He writes about things tasteful, and often comes up with ideas about taste for taste.com.
