Enshittification, Disenshittification and The Bezzle: Cory Doctorow in conversation with Randall Munroe

Conversation & Book Signing

Activist, author and journalist Cory Doctorow coined "enshittification," the American Dialect Society's 2023 Word of the Year, describing how platforms decay and why they're all collapsing at once. In this conversation with Randall Munroe, creator of XKCD, Doctorow presents his theory of mass platform collapse and his latest novel, "The Bezzle," a high-tech crime thriller about prison-tech and other unsavory frauds.
