The Judicial Gatekeeping Project Website follows a simple organizational plan:

State Papers & Conferences
Contains jurisdiction specific research papers we have produced for our conferences.  The papers can be accessed through the vertical menu bar on the left or through the interactive map of the United States on the main page.

About the Gatekeeping Project
Contains information on the purpose and structure of the Project, the basics of the federal law governing the admissibility of scientific evidence, and the opening scenario for two hypothetical cases.

Judicial Gatekeeping Book
Contains in depth treatment of the interesting issues in federal and state law surrounding the use of science in the courts.

Educational Resources
This site contains excerpts from past conferences of judges, plaintiffs lawyers, defense lawyers, prosecutors, and scientists addressng the difficult questions raised by the use of science in the courts.  Also contains links to major cases.

A forum for further discussion of the issues raised by cases, conferences, and papers.
