Contains in depth treatment of the interesting issues
in federal and state law surrounding the use of science in the courts.

This site contains excerpts from past conferences
of judges, plaintiffs lawyers, defense lawyers, prosecutors, and scientists
addressng the difficult questions raised by the use of science in the courts.
