    Wrapup and Farewell Chat

    Each lesson includes:

    1. Hypothetical: a 3-minute scenario, read by Prof. Miller via RealVideo. This should get you to start thinking about the issues.
    2. Legal overview: summaries and links with the legal angle to the topic. Meant for lawyers and non-lawyers alike, this should give you a sense of the legal landscape.
    3. Readings: a few key readings with abstracts, and possibly questions interspersed. These will usually be sources from the Web, although many readings will be "fair use" materials from Lexis/Westlaw, or other print and multimedia sources).
    4. Background: additional readings for further reference. These will also be found in the online library.
    5. Questions: questions from which to begin discussion. You will be expected to reply to another student in the class via the class 'bot.
    6. Realtime chat: Where you will have a chance to engage your fellow students and TFs, live.
