Open Economies invites you to join an open discussion list on bridging the global digital divide and bringing digital opportunities to all. Interested members of the public, worldwide, are invited to subscribe.

We look forward to a truly global, creative dialogue among a diverse group of people. In respect of our friends around the world who may have limited bandwidth, I urge you to share documents by hosting them and providing links in email. Please do not attach large documents directly to your submissions, as these can take a great deal of time to download in some situations!

This list is OPEN. Please respect all of us, we must work together as a community to keep the quality high.
