The verbiage elaborates about responsibilities, activities and tasks of Human Resources and the role of HR in an organization.
The article cites the main goal for human resourcing is to drive innovation, productivity and share price [stock price?]. I was unable to find corroboration or citations for that statement attributed to human resources.
It goes on to describe internal job postings as a time saver utilized by global or international organizations as a means of saving finances and time. There are no cites for this statement.
It gives as an example a company that outsources HR services with no citations, and additionally iterates that ‘many companies’ also outsource with no corroboration or cites.
It cites David Ulriich as a pioneer of Human Resources based on his 1996 book, “Human Resource Champions.” The function of Human Resources as a department or section of an organization began long before 1996.

There are no cites
