The Zittrain video is something everyone should watch. Its phenominal what has occurred by and through technology. And, how the user and manufacturing factions have changed. The chapters from the Utilization book were equally illuminating -- so much of what is occurring is derivedd from the users whose ideas they are able to act upon without going through or seeking permission from a higher or seemingly better connected source. Changes are occurring with such rapidity its almost impossible to keep ahead of them all.
