Nesson is Weld Professor of Law at Harvard Law School and Director of the
Berkman Center for Internet & Society. He is co-author of Problems, Cases and Materials on

Peter Berkowitz is Associate Professor of Law at George Mason University. Professor Berkowitz is the author of two books, Virtue and the Making of Modern Liberalism (1999) and Nietzche: The Ethics of an Immoralist (1995) for which he was awarded the Thomas J. Wilson Prize by Harvard University Press for the best book by a new author. Professor Berkowitz is currently at work on a book called Giving Liberalism Its Due.
