"The Majesty of the Law: A Discussion" will be held on March 22 at 6:30 p.m. in conjunction with Professor Nesson's Exploding Internet class at Harvard Law School, and with Professor Berkowitz's class at George Mason Law School. The classes will be joined via internet link.
Through
an examination of the leading case
Regina v. Dudley and
Stephens, 14 Q.B.D. 273 (1884),
Professors Nesson and Berkowitz will examine
the role of the law as a social institution. Class members will
participate via synchronous rotisserie discussion.
