(Summary: a site calling itself www.enronowns.thegop.com, has combined
elements of the enron "E" and the republican elephant to form its logo.)
The Republican party of Texas has sued the Kelly Ferro, owner of the
site, for trademark infringement. Not surprisingly, traffic on the site
has measurably increased since the lawsuit was initiated.)
