Is this old news? The Justice Department has opened an
investigation of collusion among the giant online music 
distributors to shut out small operators. Carey Sherman, 
legal gun of RIAA, claims the industry is fully cooperating.

Now which giant distributors attended that alleged secret 
RIAA meeting, and was it someone on Sherman's staff 
who leaked about it and pointed to the particular tool
to be used to keep track of what what was taking place
on Congressional and Justice Department computers?

Too much cooperation among ostensible checks and
balances, hiding behind openly announced investigations.

Justice, State and Commerce Departments are customarily 
represented at content protection industry meetings, and
to be sure, along with members of Congress. No tell that
is the word among reporters who want free feed.
