Yeah, no doubt.

No doubt, too, that at the same time they will be as ineffective 
towards their stated goal as CSS is against piracy.

Face it, there's no security that the WTC could have had that
would have guarded them against planes crashing into them.

(The Pentagon, otoh, could've had anti-aircraft batteries if
they had thought of it.)

I am afraid that we will have to disagree on the cause.

To my mind, the cause of these bombings is people who are
unable or unwilling to embrace a peaceful resolution to their
differences.

Some people actually _prefer_ conflict.
