Seminar: Advanced Topics in Intellectual Property and Technology Regulation

Intellectual property law has become a source of technology regulation, with both intended and unintended consequences. This seminar will use statutes, caselaw, and scholarly research (both legal and technical), to explore the nature of this regulation and its effects on the public.
