AboutTechnologyLegalCommunitySurvey

LEGAL

B.R.P. will compile, contribute to, and make available a repository of expertise and advice to help you navigate the legal complexities of webcasting and employing other digital technologies. This channel will include articles, case studies, and/or FAQs on these issues, as well as links to outside resources (such as other sites offering legal advice for the radio community, law firms practicing in this area, etc.). It will include resources on current and pending legislation and litigation with summaries, analysis, and, when applicable, advice on compliance.

The B.R.P. community will have the opportunity to provide “real world” feedback on any of the resources available. B.R.P. hopes to be able to respond to your specific questions or concerns with individualized legal advice through a Harvard Law School clinical program.

With your help, we hope to use what we learn in this channel not only to deliver meaningful legal advice and resources, but also to identify and develop solutions that will help overcome legal burdens to the use of new technologies.
