Visual representation of magnitude and trends

It is not very easy from this table to get a sense of the relative magnitudes of the various sectors.

It might be helpful to add bar graphs or pie charts to indicate the relative orders of magnitude, as well as historic trends, and to present something in the form of a network map showing the the extent of interconnectedness between the actor and sectors.
