Matt Noyes

A second year MPP student at HKS studying security policy in the International and Global Affairs concentration. Bachelors in Computer Science and Applied computational Mathematics from the University of Washington, but then joined the US Army to serve as an Infantry Officer for five years. A Senior Associate with Good Harbor Consulting's Cybersecurity Practice.
