It's mostly a budgeting issue, but we will definitely have coffee and snacks for breaks.  Have a couple of classic classrooms, but also have access to the nearby food court which is a great ad-hoc meeting space. So, we can spill over/emigrate if we desire.

Deb: It may be the audience. Some audiences just aren't ready for it.  Plus, an initiative in development can be exciting in its own way. That said, it is important to be clear that this is big, and hairy and complicated and we're working on it.
