Most the discussion sessions in the agenda will begin with the presentation of a short case study. The case study is meant to help illustrate one or several unexpected or interesting ways in which the Net serves as a public good.

After the presentation of the edge case, the session is opened up for general discussion. The session moderator will provide light moderation as needed to keep the discussions on topic.
