The doors of our nursing home are always open for those who need our help: •  pensioners - women aged 55 and over, men aged 60 and over; •  people over 18 with the first and second groups of disability; •  bedridden patients; •  older people suffering from mental disorders, including dementia, Alzheimer's disease; •  cancer patients, those who need palliative care. Documents for registering an elderly person in a boarding house The terms and conditions are transparent. To get into a nursing home, it is enough to prepare:

Copies of passports

Copies of passports of a relative in need of care and a person who deals with registration, solves financial issues with a boarding house for the elderly.

OMS and SNILS policy

The policy of compulsory medical insurance for a pensioner or a disabled person in the original, a copy of SNILS.

Statements, references

A certificate of the absence of infectious diseases, an extract from the hospital, if the future guest of the boarding house is undergoing treatment.
