real estate exit strategies We started CT Homes back in 2004 with the mission of helping Sellers and beautifying our local neighborhoods in Connecticut (hence the name “CT Homes”). We helped many sellers and worked in many neighborhoods that benefited from our renovations. For years, business partners Than, Paul, Konrad and JD figured out of an equivalent apartment they lived in, learning the ropes of the important Estate Industry on the thanks to the primary few deals. Years after starting the business the team filmed a few seasons of “Flip this House” on A&E and, after flipping many properties, started Fortunebuilders which teaches other investors the way to attain an equivalent level of success while investing in land . In 2009, CT Homes moved to San Diego so as to assist residents in our home state achieve their land goals. As a corporation we've developed into a fanatical cohesive team dedicated to helping Sellers, Buyers, and land Agents right here in San Diego .
