Grade 6AL4V (Grade 5) Titanium Round bar and Plate As a duplex chrome steel, it combines the desirable facet of properties of both austenitic and ferritic grades. The high chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen contents leads to a Pitting Resistance Equivalent number of 33-34. Alloy 316L is an austenitic chrome steel provided in the scorching worked and annealed condition. Ferralium® 255 is a super duplex stainless-steel equipped in the cold finished and annealed situation. It offers excellent corrosion resistance in all kinds of corrosive chemicals including sulphuric, nitric and phosphoric acid, seawater and different chloride containing environments. Ferralium® 255 is a brilliant duplex chrome steel equipped within the hot worked, annealed and pickled condition. It achieves larger strengths than other alternative corrosion resistant alloys, providing the potential to reduce part dimension and therefore weight and price. Alloy 2205 is a 22% Cr duplex stainless steel, supplied within the solution annealed condition.
