The UK Commission on Intellectual Property Rights has issued its final 
report
on integrating intellectual propertry rights with trade and development
policy. The report follows a year of fact-finding missions, seminars, and a
public conference covering the relationship between intellectual property
rights and health, agriculture, traditional knowledge, software, and
institutional reform. The 178-page final report is available for 
downloading,
as a single file or by chapter. Study papers and minutes from the seminars
and conference are also available on CIPR's website at
www.iprcommission.org/graphic/documents.htm
