I am not sure these factors are specific to the digital divide. I
considered them when I wrote the reply to my own questions, but I removed
the factors that apply to any gap and any difference in progress. Further,
the factors that you present do not in themself make any difference in
respect of digital divide, if you consider the first four factors. The
factors you present are subsidiary to the fators I tried to identify. I am
not saying that you are wrong, but I am not sure that the new factors fit
into the model. If you consider my suggestions you will see that the new
factors that you introduced are all steering and affecting the result and
status of the factors I proposed. Hence, the factors are of a different
kind, but they always need to be considered side by side. Maybe one could
rename your factors as A, B, C etc just to clearify their different
nature and scope?
