A file is a file.  Since not all systems are as wide-open to
attack as MSWindows (and by the way, doesn't this plan
suggest that the Cartel knows that they can count on that
insecurity?) someone could download it on a robust
system and then pass it -- more-or-less innocently -- to
someone else via e-mail or whatever.
