(this may have been discussed before)
I was wondering if the preamble of the copyright clause couldn't be used to
curtail some of the current excesses we see. The clause says ...to promote
SCIENCE and useful ARTS...
now couldn't that be used against :
-business method patents (science : nope ; art : nope)
-scientology (science : nope ; art : nope)
