..and that's what Norton AntiVirus did for me quite automagically.
BTW, for MS Office products there are security patches which prevent those
viruses to be opened and would prevent their propagation.

If you haven't noticed the digest log has the virus in it as a mime
attachment....best to delete the whole thing
