RE: [dvd-discuss] Sklyarov denied Visa to return to US for trial.



I should think that it is up to the Justice Department
to step on toes to get the visa granted.  I assume he
is under subpoena to appear, so they can issue court
orders requireing the INS to grant the visa, can't they?
