So, presumably the FBI have turned their attention 100% to the WTC disaster.
Does anyone have any idea what sort of repercussions this is likely to have
for Dmitry Sklyarov? Presumably his court hearing is likely to get delayed
for a couple of centuries....

Alternatively, will the US courts just dismiss all the "trivial" cases out
of hand to free up time and space for prosecuting Bin Laden and his
supporters (even if they didn't do it :-))? In which case Dmitry could be
home in time for Christmas....
