OFFICE HOURS

Professor Zittrain's office hours are Wednesdays from 2pm to 4pm in Griswold 505. You can sign up for a time on the door or just drop by.

COURSE MATERIALS

The course materials comprise the following:

• Franklin and Rabin, Tort Law and Alternatives: Cases and Materials, 7th Ed. ("CB" on the syllabus). Available now at the Coop.
• Looseleaf materials at the distribution center, also where possible to be available online at the course web site pegged to the days on which they're assigned.

The first assignment is Vosburg v. Putney, available at the distribution center or here on the Web. Future assignments will be drawn from Franklin and Rabin, Tort Law and Alternatives, 7th Ed., available at the law school Coop.
