READINGS UPDATE

Professor Zittrain has added three new readings to clarify the issues of wrongful death and survival: Restatement provisions on Survival, Restatement provisions on Wrongful Death, and Pennsylvania's Wrongful Death law.

• Looseleaf materials at the distribution center, also available online at the course web site pegged to the days on which they're assigned.
