We have some resources for Chilling Effects development. What should we do and how should we prioritize? Please add your ideas to the mix.

- Functionality (for public viewers, for admins)

Chill Improvements
- Weather Reports on front page (some? all?)
- Clean up design, make links to key queries (e.g. all notices in a category) easier to find
- optimize for both first-time visitors (typically from Google searches, landing on a specific C&D) and repeat (RSS, Weather)
- Add facebook / twitter / identi.ca / digg links (code from Eva/Tim @ EFF)
- this can add interactivity without making us moderate comments on-site
- Create more standardize Q&A sets (see suggestions in Chill Data dump)
- Find new Chill Bulk Submitters
