Damaged PDF?
Umm... is it just me or is anyone else getting the message (from Adobe Reader) that the PDF they downloaded was damaged? My own download has no cover page and has these extra crop marks inside the top border of some pages --Lemi4 19:13, 19 April 2006 (PDT)
It would be nice if someone would be willing to convert this to an A4 friendly format as well. Here in Europe we don't have 8 1/2 x 11 paper. --Shmuel 06:10, 15 June 2007 (PDT)
