I was interested to see your reference to PDB and FB2 format, neither of which I was familiar with and was prompted to find out more information.
I haven't yet found out about the PDB format, but I see that FB2 incorporates HTML, so if you are going to publish the book in FB2 fromat, you might want to start with the HTML version I have published at http://www.congo-education.net
