How government algorithms can pose societal problems

Nani Jansen Reventlow explains the societal dangers of automating government services.

"While technological development can sometimes feel like an unstoppable rollercoaster, this is a false narrative," Jansen Reventlow writes. "Technology is developed by humans. We decide what we create, where we deploy it, and how we regulate it.
