Jaime Weisleder (Costa Rica) graduated as a Lawyer and Public Notary form the Universidad de Costa Rica in 1974. He has worked as Public Notary in the city of San Jose, International Advisor in matters of Registry and Cadastre, International Advisor for Registry and Administrative Organization, Director of the Multipurpose Cadastral Project in San Jose (Costa Rica), Director of National Registry, General Registrator of the Registry of Public Property and the Registry of Commerce, and Director and Professor of the School of Registry at the National University in Costa Rica. His published works are: 40 Years of Registry Legislation (co-author), Registral Evolution or Re-evolution, and Annotations to the Notarial Code.
