Carmen Aida Munoz de Rivera attended the University "Dr. Jose Matias Delgado" of El Salvador where she earned a degree in Economics and also obtained a B.A in Economics at the Miami -Dade Community College. At the present time she is working as an Advisor for the Institutional Development of the National Center of Registry, previously she worked at this center as a Technical Advisor for the Executive Administration.
