Jose Silverio Enrique Henriquez Toledo studied Civil Enginier and Law at the University of El Salvador. He is the author of two books: The Notarial Public Instrument and Its Regulations in El Salvador and Comparative Study of the Institution of Property in the Salvatorian Constitutional Law. In 1994 he was the General Director of Registry (Ad-honorem). Since 1995 to the present he has been the Executive Director of the Center of National Registry which he founded. At this center he has been in charge of the Direction, Organization, Design, and Implementation of the Modernization of Cadastre and Commerce Registry. At the same time, he has been a Juridical Adviser and a Member of the Directive Board of FONAVIPO.
