Guillermo Antonio Diaz Alvarez obtained his Bachelors of Science in Computer and Information Systems at the University of South Alabama. He was a Member of the Development and Design Group of the First Automated System of the Real Estate Registry in El Salvador from 1992 to 1994. He was also a Member of the Commission for the Modernization of the Registry and Cadastre in El Salvador from 1994 to 1996, and a Member of the Group for the Design, Development and Implementation of the New Integrated System of Registry and Cadastre in El Salvador from 1997 to 1998. Since 1998 he has been an Advisor for the Development and Investigation of Imformatic Applications and Coordinator of the Aphanunmeric Development of Systems of the Center of Technology Information.
