Edgar Renato Cheng Tabarini Graduated in 1987 as a Lawyer and Notary. He was the Treasurer of the Directive Board of the Colegio de Abogados from 1991 to 1992, First Member of the Directive Board of the Guatemalan Institute of Notarial Law from 1994 to 1996, Specific Advisor of the Minister of Government in 1995. At the present time he is the Specific Advisor of the Manager of the Registry of Property.
