Edgardo Caceres Castellanos


Edgardo Caceres Castellanos is a Lawyer and Notary, and among the many studies he has done are studies on Industrial Relations and Compared International Law Labor in Costa Rica, Spain, Italy, and Switzerland. He is presently a Magistrate of the Supreme Court of Justice, Secretary of the Centroamerican Judicial Counsel, Honorary President of the Centroamerican and Caribbean Association of Labor and Social Safety Laws, and Scientific Director of the Italian-American Journal: "Debate Laboral." His academic and administrative experience involves his work as founder and member of the Iberoamerican Association of Labor and Social Safety Laws, Member of the International Society of Labor and Social Safety Laws, Member of the Interamerican Federation of Lawyers, former General Secretary of the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Honduras, former President of the Honorary Tribunal of the Colegio de Abogados de Honduras, and President of the XI Ibero-American congress of Labor and Social Safety Laws. His legislative experience involves his work as Deputy of the National Congress of the Republic for the department of Francisco Morazan from 1990 to 1993, and Juridical Advisor of the National Congress of the Republic from February to May of 1994. He also worked as Magistrate of the Supreme Court from 1994 to 1998.
