Come join the first workshop held with leaders from both VRM and CRM communities. CRM, or customer relationship management, centers around software applications designed to help businesses manage their relationships with customers. VRM, or vendor relationship management centers around software applications designed to help seek a mutually beneficial relationship between buyers and sellers.
