About 15 of us gathered to explore various ideas around VRM's potential role in Public Media, focusing on existing broadcasters, their web offerings, and easier, alternative ways to fund public broadcasting entities, properties, and future efforts.
The result: There is much potential for VRM's role in public media and a wider definition of public media itself - the next step for these opportunities lies with the relbutton and defining initial uses and a specification for public radio (first) so that something can be built!
