John Perry Barlow

John Perry Barlow is a Berkman Fellow Emeritus, a retired Wyoming cattle rancher, a former lyricist for the Grateful Dead, and co-founder of the Electronic Frontier Foundation.


Nolan Bowie

Nolan Bowie is also a Fellow Emeritus and Adjunct Lecturer in Public Policy at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, where he is affiliated with The Joan Shorenstein Center on the Press, Politics and Public Policy, the Harvard Information Infrastructure Policy Project (HIIP) and the Center for Business and Government.


Jack Goldsmith

Jack Goldsmith is the Henry L. Shattuck Professor of Law at Harvard Law School and is a Faculty Co-Director at the Berkman Center for Internet & Society.


Geoffrey Kirkman

Geoffrey Kirkman is a Berkman Fellow Emeritus and Associate Director of the Watson Institute for International Studies at Brown University. His work focuses on better understanding the linkages between information and communication technologies (ICTs), economic competitiveness and improved learning, particularly in the developing world.


Phil Malone

Phil Malone is the Director of the Cyberlaw Clinic. Phil came to the Berkman Center after a little over 20 years as a federal prosecutor with the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.

Andrew McLaughlin

Andrew McLaughlin is entrepreneur-in-residence at betaworks, based in New York City. He is chairman of the board of Access, and a member of the board of directors at Code for America, the Sunlight Foundation, and Public Knowledge.


Charles Ogletree

Charles Ogletree is a Berkman Center Faculty Fellow Emeritus and is the Jesse Climenko Professor of Law at Harvard Law School. His work focuses on securing the rights guaranteed by the Constitution for everyone equally under the law.


Jimmy Wales

Jimmy Wales is Berkman emeritus and the founder and Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Wikimedia Foundation, a non-profit corporation that operates the Wikipedia project, and several other wiki projects.
